Bass Trombone

I attended the Royal Military School of Music Knellor Hall in 1979, followed by the Major Staff Band of the Royal Engineers (Chatham).

Following my army service, I played for a number of Championship brass bands including Rochdale Wilsons, Bass Wingates and Carlton Maine Colliery.

I also played for The Shades Jazz Orchestra, playing the music of Stan Kenton for 15 years.

Playing Bass Trombone in a wide variety of ensembles keeps my continued interest in making music.
